Like burgers and hotdog or a rack of ribs, a Grilled chicken roll is a custom food for summer.  You may think cooking recipe may be tricky, but with the below steps you may have to think twice. These grilled chicken rolls are a Vietnamese dish, which together with any sauce makes a flawless low calories lunch or supper.

Grilled chicken rolls are famous all around the world. In India, they are known as Kebabs served with Indian breads and a dip called chutney. These are like the mini appetizers eaten before the main course. The origins of these rolls are from Kolkata. In other countries chicken rolls are made with different flavors, for example, in cheese or herbs. They are mostly fried or grilled. They are served as snacks with sauces or dips. These stuffed rolls are like mini meals in some of the countries. Traditional Chinese grilled chicken rolls might be presented with numerous dishes, or they could be served in general dish. It makes an excellent lunch when combined with chicken noodle soup or as a starter with heated chicken. This formula could be multiplied or divided. Assuming that you make additional egg moves, they might be solidified, so all you need to do is pop them in a profound fryer in the event that you need a brisk lunch.

Generally, these rolls are low on carbs, and as chicken is the main ingredient they are filled with proteins. But the fact remains, if you have them stuffed with mayo or cheese they would definitely be loaded with calories; especially the fried ones. We all relish these kinds of munchies, and they are best eaten on streets. So when you’re out and you want to pop some food to be bit full, don’t opt for chips go for grilled chicken rolls instead.

Healthy Beet Sliders

The “unofficial” start of season is here!  The time of family gatherings and the real crowd is here.  Burgers are always a summertime favorite, and sliders can be even more fun.
Aren’t slider buns the cutest? They are the perfect portion size. The term "slider" actually means a lot more than just a hot miniature sandwich. Sliders have been around since 1916 and were invented by the founder of White Castle.
Beans and grains, we love you in veggie burgers, but we're asking you to take a backseat for this one. Like their namesake, the star ingredients in Beet Sliders are all vegetables. From beets to micro sprouts, broccoli to corn, your veggie burger just got a lot more colorful and garden-friendly. Beets are kind of amazing. I’m always shocked when people say they don’t like beets…I think maybe they just don’t know how to prepare them!
Whether you're making beet sliders or the other ones, the size of the patties, in this case beet stuffing is important. You want them to be the right size for the buns, and they won't cook evenly if they're all different sizes.
Beet Sliders make a nutritious snack. Foods that have bright or dark colors, including beets, contain generous amounts of beta-carotene, which converts into vitamin A in the body. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin A promotes healthy eyesight and skin, and may help prevent certain types of cancer. Beets also contain potassium and are high in lycopene a substance that may reduce the risk of prostate and other forms of cancer.
