The recipe of making a cauliflower pizza is very easy. You
do not have to do anything extra than making a regular pizza. However, the
ingredients used to make a cauliflower pizza will require a ½ lb of cauliflower,
one egg, and one-teaspoon oregano, one cup of mozzarella cheese or sharp cheddar
cheese. To make a vegan pizza, you may use a ¼-cup substitute for egg and daiya
cheddar cheese for crust and mozzarella cheese for topping.
To make the pizza, oven should be preheated to 450 degree
Fahrenheit. Cook the cauliflower but do not soften it. Then blend or grate it
to get 1 cup of cauliflower rice. Place the cauliflower rice in a bowl and mix
with egg, oregano, and cheese. Mix it well and spoon it to the parchment paper
lined baking sheet. Pat it down evenly into a round pie shape. Bake for 15 to
20 minutes in the preheated oven.
