People are of thinking that they should lose weight and at the same time without compromising on their favorite dish. But is there a solution for it?

Yes, there is a solution to this problem. The major contributor to the adding calories is the pizza crust and the salivating cheese. Modifying the dough crust will surely provide a wonderful pizza recipe with fewer calories. The crust is made out of cauliflower dough and it is healthy and also doesn’t add to your weight. Remove the cauliflower florets from its stem and shred them finely in a food processor. Then squeeze out the moisture from the ground cauliflower mixture. This is a crucial step which determines the consistency of the dough as ‘drier the mixture, better is your crust’. Paper towels can be used to remove the moisture. The mixture is spread on a parchment paper to half inch height kept in oven for 15-20 minutes till it becomes brown. Spread the pizza topping on the cauliflower dough along with little cheese and keep it in the oven again for five minutes till cheese melts. Cauliflower dough pizzas match the normal pizzas and similar in taste but healthier than before.
